1990 Topps Frank Thomas No Name on Front (NNOF) Rookie
As the name indicates, this card has a picture of Frank Thomas on the front, without a name to identify him. This card is famous because it was a print error that was quickly corrected, meaning that there’s not many of these cards that can be found. It is estimated that there are only 250-500 of these cards that exist.
1909-1911 T206 Piedmont Sherry “Magie” (Misspelling)
The error in this card is that his name is Sherry Magee, but the card was misspelled to say “Magie”. A small amount of these error cards were printed, as the corrected version had a higher circulation than the error card. Aside from the misspelling, Magee is considered one of the best Phillies players during the Dead ball Era, which is another reason why this card is so valuable.
1969 Topps Mickey Mantle (Mantle in White Letters)
The normal version of this card has Mickey Mantle’s name featured in yellow letters. The error version that came afterwards showed his name in white letters. Since there were fewer copies of the error card, they are at higher demand.
